CRM software for travel agencies and tour operators in India.
Enquiries, packages, itineraries, seat inventory, field agents, manifests, and payments — one system, managed end-to-end by us. Built in Chennai for Indian travel businesses, with double-booking prevention the database enforces.
Most agencies run season on a spreadsheet, a WhatsApp group, and one person’s memory of who paid.
Then two agents sell the same seat, an advance goes untracked, and the customer list — the actual asset of the agency — lives inside someone else’s platform. Ophriel CRM puts bookings, money, and follow-ups in one system you control.
Seats and slots that cannot be sold twice
Tour departures, cabs, rooms, or activity slots — availability is enforced by the database itself. Two agents claiming the last seat get one booking and one polite rejection, four milliseconds apart.
An enquiry pipeline built for follow-ups
Every enquiry — website, WhatsApp, walk-in, or agent — lands in one pipeline with stages, an owner, and follow-up visibility. Enquiries stop going cold because nobody owned them.
Advances and balances in your own Razorpay
Collect advances, track balances against each booking, and settle into your own Razorpay account. No commission on bookings, and we are never the merchant of record.
Built around how a travel business actually runs
The parts of the job that generic CRMs bolt on afterwards are first-class here.
Build packages once, reuse them per departure, and produce custom itineraries for clients who want their trip their way.
Passenger manifests export as CSV, ready for the operator, the driver, or the hotel — no retyping from WhatsApp.
Agents book against live inventory with their own logins and role-based access. You see who sold what, when.
No per-user fees, so scaling the team up for season and down after costs nothing extra. No commission on bookings either.
Questions travel agencies ask us
Answered plainly. The full list lives on the FAQ page.
Is Ophriel CRM built specifically for travel agencies?
Travel and tour operations are our strongest use case. Packages, custom itineraries, seat and slot inventory, departure manifests, and field agent logins are first-class features, not add-ons. The same system also runs bookings for other appointment- and enquiry-driven businesses.
How does double-booking prevention actually work?
Seat and slot availability is enforced at the database level. When two people try to claim the last seat at the same moment, the database allows exactly one booking and rejects the other — it is not a warning dialog someone can click past.
Can my field agents and walk-in counter use it?
Yes. Field agents get their own logins with role-based access, and walk-in bookings are recorded in the same inventory as online enquiries, so a seat sold at the counter can never be resold by an agent in the field.
Do payments from customers pass through Ophriel?
No. Collections settle directly into your own Razorpay account. We are never the merchant of record, we take no commission on bookings, and we never sit between you and your money.
What does it cost for a travel agency?
A one-time setup fee, then a flat monthly subscription quoted per business. There is no per-user pricing, so adding agents during season does not change the price, and there is no commission on your bookings.

If yours isn’t here, write to us — a person reads the inbox.
See it against your own departures.
Tell us roughly how many enquiries and departures you handle a month, and we’ll come to the call with your workflow set up — not a generic demo.
