We publish the roadmap so clients can plan around it. The CRM modules below are in development and not available today. Nothing here is sold as deliverable, and existing clients get first access when each ships.
Privileged Membership with Aadhaar verification
A membership tier with identity verification. Verification will run through a licensed KYC provider using the Aadhaar Paperless Offline eKYC standard — raw Aadhaar numbers are never stored. Availability depends on completing that vendor agreement.
Automated Billing System
Recurring invoicing and collections, with GST-compliant invoice generation for clients who need it.
HR Management System
Attendance, leave, and staffing workflows for your team.
Pricing for optional modules is quoted at the point of activation.
Custom software services
Ophriel CRM is the primary, ongoing focus of the business — it is what we build, support, and keep shipping. Separately from it, Ophriel Systems takes on custom software projects on a selective, case-by-case basis.
One project so far
We have built and delivered an e-commerce website for a client outside the core CRM product. That is the extent of the track record today — one completed project, not a portfolio.
No fixed pricing or process yet
This is not a formal service offering. There is no price list, no defined delivery process, and no menu of service types to choose from. Each project is assessed on its own terms, and we take one on only when we can do it properly alongside the CRM work.
