Every client picks one of two deployment models. What you pay depends on which one you choose and the size of your operation, so we quote it per business rather than publish a number that would be wrong for most people.
Shared or independent
Multi-tenant service
Your account runs on the shared Ophriel CRM platform alongside other tenants, isolated by organisation at the database level. Because the infrastructure and its upkeep are spread across every business on it, this is the lower-cost of the two and the quicker of the two to get running.
Suits: Businesses that want the software working quickly at the lowest cost, and are comfortable sharing underlying infrastructure with other tenants.
Independent deployment
You get your own instance, your own database, and your own backups, separate from every other client rather than partitioned within a shared system. The infrastructure is provisioned for you alone, so it is priced separately from the shared service and costs more.
Suits: Operators who need isolation from other tenants as a matter of policy, procurement, or their own clients' requirements.

How we price it
A quote is built from the deployment model you pick and the shape of your operation — how many people need access, what needs configuring, and how much existing data has to be migrated. It covers implementation and onboarding at the start, then the ongoing subscription for the platform.
Cloud infrastructure is billed at the provider’s actual cost with no markup applied, on either model.
What is never in a quote:
- Per-user or per-seat fees — your team size does not change the price.
- Commission on your bookings or revenue.
- Charges for raising a support ticket.
- A markup on hosting.
Ophriel Systems is a sole proprietorship currently below the GST registration threshold, so invoices are issued without GST.
